I must agree with the others I much prefer the dull finish to the gloss. I just put a Leupold VX1 on my 257 Roberts. I could not see enough difference between the VX1 and VX 11 to spend the extra bucks. I may pick up a new rifleman Leupold when I get some of my other lawawys picked up.
