Yea your not too far from me. Saturday Morning we had 1" of Snow where I Hunt and I saw 3 Bucks and multiple Doe's, the biggest Buck was a 8 Pointer, high but only ablut a 15" inside spread, he lived.
The Rut is in Full Swing here, I had chances at some good Bucks but Im waiting for Ol Mossyhorns, if he does'nt give me any shots I'll save My Tag for Late ML Season.
Congrats on your Buck, he sounds like a Good One, now go and get that Doe. But it's might be tough for ya if you see a Great Buck walk by, I've been there and that's why if he's not at least a 130 Class Buck I'll let him walk. Anything 130 or better than Im satisfied and quit Bowhunting and save My Doe Tag and or Antlerless Tag for Late ML Season.
