7/32" drill is much too large for the flash channel. A #32 drill is almost perfect for the flash channel. A 7/64" drill will work for the flash channel, if you cannot find anything closer.
If you have been using 777 primer, that is your main issue causing ignition problem whilst using BH209. Almost any other primer is much much better. If you use a normal shot gun primer, and do so with a drilled out flash channel, you should experience much better results.
Keep your flash channel clean, and use something like CCI 209m primer, for success most all of the time.
