Is one tougher than another? perhaps, though I suspect pressured deer vs. non-pressured tend to be the answer regardless of specie.

Here as the season progresses the deer get more and more skittish and don't give U the opportunity to see them and asses their antlers...... I can assure U that trying to put eyeguards on that 2 point at 500yds can be a pizzer!!!!
The deer have a uncanny knack for standing in front of a sage bush which makes it even harder....LOL!
Yep hunting pressure makes a difference out here!!!
