To answer your question about my experience of hunting full moon in all honesty is 3 days prior and 3 days after is the lowest amount of activity I will see during hunting. Funny this goes against most moon phase theories, but it is my realtime data that shows this 7 day period is the toughest to hunt in my area. With rut I would say that if you hunt hard and areas deer feel safe to roam(ie close to their bedrooms) you should be fine. Especially if the weather is normal or just below normal daytime temps.

If I may pose a question, have other hunters found similar findings with respect to full moon as me (days leading up and days after full moon are low activity times)? Just curious.
