Took the twins out today " cva mountain stalkers" The .50cal was loaded with its normal 80gr 3f American Pioneer charge and the .54 i tried a new load of .018 pillow tick and 100gr 3f American Pioneer.

I was able to reload the thick .018 patch like it was a clean barrel. This is really good news because i can now do my Flintlock and get back to used 70gr 3f goex with the .018 patch and not have to run back to the house for a small mallet and aluminum rod to help the load down.
