I scouted some public hunting ground last season and saw some tree stands hung up so I didn't hunt it. They looked permenant b/c they were nailed and there still there. I didnt just see these stands and decide they were good spots I researched these areas before I went out. the hunting regulations say no permenant stands what should I do there are 4 stands on a 30 acre island
