How do I hunt it?
I have been bowhunting for many more years than I care to mention but I have to admit I'm stumped. It's hard to describe but I have a piece of land where 4 trails are wore slick but it is on the steep side of a hill. Anywhere I hang a stand will be skylined. I can move my stand 40-50 yards to get in a great tree but only be on 1 trail.
The lay of the land is such that if the wind is right for one stand it will be for the other also. Only place for a ground blind is slap in the middle of one of the trails. There are rubs everywhere and I can smell scrapes myself at the intersections. I have one tree that might work but I'm gonna have to be 30 feet plus!! Never hunted that high but looks like I'm going to this season. Anyone have any other ideas?
