I have had the Moultrie Power Panel for 2 seasons now and I am somewhat disapointed. The LCD screen is blank and I am not 100% sure that the battery is holding a full charge, even after I brought it home and set in direct sunlight for full day. Of course Moultrie wants you to send the product to them for evaluation. I am not sure I want to spend the money to ship it for them to tell me that it will cost nearly as much to repair as purchasing a new one. (out of warranty). I have searched the net trying to find a rebuild kit for the unit. But I have not found any such product. I agree, lf you have your power panel in filtered sunlight you will not get a full charge and depending on # of pics taken, It may not recharge enough to keep up.
