how can i have a successful black bear hunt?
Hello everybody, im new to the forum and also new to black bear hunting, I usely just elk and deer hunt and if i see a bear i will shoot it but i have been getting into bear hunting and need tips.
Im hunting in western washington so i cant bait.
and what area should i look for, and where should i hunt depending on weather, EX. if its 90 out should i walk threw the woods. or look in clear cuts. if you could post a list that would be awesome, saying something like
rainy: walk threw woods. open or closed
hot: look by water
warm: clear cuts.
Something like that. but any info can help a lot. also how do i use a predator call successfully. should i keep blowing or do it every 4 minutes. and how long do i do it for.
Thank you for everything you help with.
