I guess they are trying to adjust they eays way you can get a huntinglicence in France. Every course over 80% of the people taking the tests are from Belgium. Should I fail to pass in my own country, I'm over the border first thing next year.

See, rules, tests, and beucracy isn't the American way. People want it to be. But having to jump thru firey hoops for a God given right to hunt should not be mixed up with politics.
