Our son likes Pronghorn meat best of all over Elk,deer, or moose. Myself, i like the meat just fine. It is much better than a mule deer buck for sure.
To me, the interesting thing about Pronghorn, is the meat from a stinky smelly buck tastes real good. After i dress a nice buck, i can smell him for days afterward. When the meat hits the pan, it doesn't have that smell, and is quite tasty.
Years ago we put a mule deer buck steaks in the frying pan, and the steam coming off smelled like someone had dumped urine into the pan. I haven't brought a buck home to eat since.
