I don' t know about a blind Bob,The way the law reads it must be visable a full 360 degrees.As for safety here' s a good example of education vs orange.A few years ago I took a turkey hunters course in order to hunt turkey in Ontario.This is a mandatory course.It was very basic info,but what impressed me was the fact,Ontario has no orange requirment and after having a turkey season for 10 yrs there had only been 1 accident.Here in Pa. there were 28 turkey huntin accidents last year alone.Even with an orange requirment.
