I think you guys are all nuts. Last I checked you could shoot over 300 deer in your state. Your also nuts because your letting government create a "destination", your just telling them your a bunch of addicts and will pay anything for a fix. These people are going to stick it too you but first they'll stick it to the N.A."s of which most will (residents hunters) be in favor and you'll just be next in line.

The state should do no more than manage numbers. Plenty of people who still kill does and you don't have half as many deer in your state as you should so killing does now is just shooting yourselves in the foot. Look at your harvest numbers, pitiful for a state your size. Start killing 300,000 and then worry about to many deer.

Here's one report of your states harvest result but I'll predict your harvest numbers will drop as you start killing more and more does, that aint good since your still so small. 64% of the bucks taken were 2.5 an older. What more do you want? Why your state wants to act like some mega deer hunting destination and some of your hunters believe it is already is nuts when you look at the harvest numbers and the amount of deer a guy can kill in your state every year. I do find that attitude in other area's with in the state and it stinks. Your land prices are way out of line as well as most everything else.
