Im tring to put togeather a light and easy to shoot gun for my 12 yr olds first deer season. I have an old h&r 20ga (topper mod 58) smooth bore shot gun from when I was a 15 yr old, that is still in very good shape and no rust. would it be worth the effort and $ to have it drilled and tapped and put a good scope on it so he could shoot a slug more accuratly out past 50 yards. if so does any one know how much it should cost to have that done also to have the trigger lightend up a bit.
