Default are any of these good enough for elk

I plan on using my .54 side lock for my NM elk hunt, but having never been there before I plan on taking a scoped rifle just in case it looks like shots may be past 100 yds. I just feel more confident with a scoped rifle at longer distances. The gun will be a scoped .50 knight Bighorn and max charge will be around 100 grains. I already have plenty of bullets that shoot good for deer hunting but wonder if they will hold up for elk. The bullets I have Hornady 300 gr XTP, Hornady SST 250 gr, 300 gr Saber Tooth, and some Nosler 300 gr. .429 shots bullets. Do you guys believe any of these would work or should I buy a different bullet and work up another load? Thanks guys
