I stopped at one of my spots on the way home from work to check the water level. There were fish cruising and splashing everywhere. So I went back home and got my bow. No way to put the boat in, only about 6" of water out 50 yards and a mud bottom, so I was wading. The water was like chocolate milk making the fish very hard to see. I could see the wakes and swirls but had a hard time telling where to shoot. Managed to get 3 on shore, had 3 pull of, one being a 3+ foot grassie

. I think there were even some Big Heads cruising out in the middle.
Might see if the water rose enough to get the boat launched today, if it ever stops raining.
