I agree with lone wolf. Bye-bye Bore Butter! And, as much as I hate to admit it, Power Belts don' t shoot well in some guns. However, you may be seeing the results of plastic fouling buildup in your barrel from the Power Belt plastic gascheck wads. This has never happened to any of my guns, but I' ve had that problem with some sabot brands, so it is possible.
After you clean out all powder fouling, try some kind of strong solvent to remove the plastic buildup. NEVER use Bore Butter to lube a bore when you wipe between shots in the field or at the range. Pyrodex should NOT require cleaning between shots! Hodgdon recommends NO wiping with Pyrodex. Other powders, particularly black, DO require wiping. The more you use in each charge, the more wiping becomes necessary!
