Sounds like poor timing to me. They raise the tag and license fees, so myself and many others will no longer apply. I got the best OR has to offer a few years ago in a California BHS, and a cougar attacked the band it was in, the evening before I took it. The treehuggers in Portland and Salem can't be convinced.
