picked me up a .32 cal. blue ridge from cabelas last week. today i had a chance to run a patch down the barrel and i got bit by fiberglass slivers from the ram rod. seems both of the brass ends were pressed on poorly and i ended up with 2 slivers in my thumb

. cabelas said i could return the gun but its almost a 1-1/2- 2 hour drive. wood to metal finish is about average with some gappage. kinda suprised on the rust that came out of the barrel. im getting the bore light out now. i know these guns have a good rating and are made by pedersoli. i hate having a first bad dealing with a new gun. its not a nice way to start a relationship.
