Geez, you guys are making me hungry. My favorite is blacken grouper or fresh swordfish. My ex-girlfriends brother was a long liner fisherman off the florida coast and sword fish was sooooooooo good.
I tried it at red lobster but it just wasn't the same. Blackened sand shark up to 3 ft. was good too. Its just hard too get good tasting sea food here in the Rockies, but the rockie mountain oysters are good up here.
