There are a few companies out there still producing full power 10mm Auto ammo...Winchester being the largest...the 175 grain STHP is a hot round...CorBon also produces a lot of power...
Two questions though...
1. What are you planning to use it for (my experience with 1911s in 10mm is that they are a handful...the Glock is a bit more pleasant to shoot)...as a whole, they are no better than the .40 S&W for self-defense (which is pretty good) though the 180 grain HPs have a history of over-penetration...they do make good trail guns / light hunting autos (mostly for mid-sized game like deer)
2. Do you reload...as mentioned, while there are companies making 10mm Auto loads, they can be very rare in certain parts of the country...
