hello, my son and I are wanting to get into turkey hunting this year. He has a single shot 20 gauge shotgun that has a modified choke. I got to admit, I know nothing about turkey hunting, can someone give me a little advise. Is my son's rifle good enough to hunt? How close would we need to be to the bird? thanks
