Doesn't make much difference. I used 100 gr Core Lokt in a 25-06 and they work fine on deer. I use both the 150s and 180s in a .300 Win Mag (same bullet as 30-06). The former for deer and the latter for elk. The 150s shoot flatter and faster, they expand the same. Good bullets.
