I have shot both with good results.I do not care for the XTP Mag. I lost a deer using that bullet,but it may have been my fault. All the deer I killed with XTP's were with the 240/44 in supplied sabots. I never recovered a bullet as all were pass through shots. Most were DRT or short track with good blood. I am using Nosler 260 partition now with the same results. I think the Noslers are a bit more accurate in my Omega. The Noslers are higher priced but I laid in a lifetime supply when Nosler had a clearance sale. IMO both are proven bullets. The XTP has probably killed more deer than any other saboted bullet out there,and the Nosler has been around almost as long as me.
