Is the arrows the same length as the others, just try a field point, if they group then it needs to be tuned. A drop away to me is a necessity. I know their are those that swear by the biscuit, but I am not one of them.
A little more detail on this idea:
If the bow groups better with field points than broadheads then it would indicate a tuning problem related to spine or maybe centershot. Or, if FP's and BH's do not strike the same point of impact - same issue.
If the bow shoots FP's and broadheads equally well (or equally badly) then that would indicate a clearance issue.
I am willing to bet that fixed broadheads will not strike the same point of impact as FP's. In fact, I would go as far as to bet that BH's will hit to the right of FP's indicating weak spine (assume you're right handed).
