As for the deer herd in 2b, which i mostly hunt, i would have to say its increasing, people make the mistake hunting the only gameland (wexford) and seeing no deer because its hunted so hard. Your best bet at this time is get a few buddies and drive out the small woodlots where all the deer are herded up. Saturday is the last day, dreading the season to be over, 6 of us are driving all day hoping to get some shooting! best of luck to all who is going out!
I've hunted that gameland but it's been a few years. Had a buddy with a good bird dog that lived near there and we used to terrorize the stocked pheasants. Pretty nice ground but, like you said, the most prevalent critter on that game lands walks on two legs!
