Business owners can't create jobs. Only the consumer can. If the consumer will not or cannot spend $$$ then there is no cash flow for a business owner to indirectly "create a job". Taxing the business owner is not the problem. The problem lies in the unadulterated taxing of the consumer at a rate of almost 50-60% of their income when you figure in all the taxes he or she has to pay.
