Not really sure (I'm pretty new at this) but the tip of the nose is mostly cartilage and (at least on mine) sort of melted away, take a look at some of what others have done and see if yours looks the same, also while I was boiling the lower jaw just seem to "fall" off, and from what I read this happens also.
