Years ago my side hammer lock part broke on the T/C Hawken and they said to send it in and they would send it back paid. They did send it back fixed and paid the shipping. Knight had to replace the trigger assembly on my rolling block. I bought the gun about 4 months ago before i found out they were going out of business. Broke after about a 6 shots. Was lucky i guess to send it to Alabama to get replacement before that closes. Now i am stuck with it. Used to be a viable company with a good product. Now i own some CVA but nothing broke yet. Didn't like the omega and sold it and the pro hunter is costly enough they can afford to have a good customer service. Never liked the T/C contender pistol that i had. Good gun but not my style i guess. They are known for customer service which speaks well of them. Is a big factor to consider.
