GOt two questions here.
First what does MOA mean or sub moa or 1//2 moa.

ALso i am looking at the dpms lrt sass for a shooting both short long range and hunting in KY.
IS the gun worth the 2kl price tag or would i be better off buying the strip down 308 and adding all the extras found on the sass. I would think it would be cheaper to buy it compelet. I figured the bipod and nice grip was extra but from what read it comes as pictured on the dpms sight minus the scope.
