I bet I can make a bigger pile of meat in the same amount of time as you can do with bluegill and crappie. Probably a lot bigger. When I am going good, it takes me about 5 minutes to make about 2.5 pounds of boneless filets, starting with 10 pound fish. I rarely clean anything much under that. No problem getting them, either.
