I installed one on my Omega. I'm using T7 and never had a misfire during over 100 shots of testing. Definitely less crude ring. The groups seem to be better with a higher charge.
I've re-primed the .25 cases about 4 times, no trouble, just clean the primer pockets. The info says the cases can be re-primed 15 times safely.
I haven't tried it with BH, but below is an email I received from Don Luhr of Western Powders.

Hi Thom,
Thank you for the e-mail. The 25 ACP conversion doesn't work. If you want to shoot BH209 you will have to go back to the standard 209 breech plug. We get the best results with CCI 209M or Federal 209A primers.
