I don't really like cleaning all the crud off of my breechblock face--it's hard to clean without removing the stock. The shallow pockets for 209s don't really help. I figured the length of the 25acp case would help a lot, and since I'd only decap they'd be fireformed and basically last forever (and seal better).
I can probably just get a shellholder and use one of my rifle dies to decap, right? Do you tumble your 25acp brass between uses, or just soak them to get the worst off? Will my threads have less fouling?
I only shoot RS so I'm not concerned with ignition temp. I'm sure a mag primer would be more than enough.
