What a friggin joke. The lawsuit AND the product. How is he going to prove that the deer winded him? A deer could smell ANYTHING. Bad breath, grease, make-up, old aftershave, hair, who knows what else.
I'm not sure who is the idiot here. The ones that believe that it works, the ones pursuing the lawsuit, or the judge that actually listens to the case.
