Just got home ...First day ice on lakes but no bou on them, second would see few on ice by the last day(19th) all where using lakes along with brave hunters!! We killed all our bous around 22 to 25 mile marker on east side of road going to lg-1! Snow was alwful deep to shoot one too far off road(100yards long ways) We got our limit but we worked for them! Did see a few good bulls all in distance on ice..Temps 20 to 10 degrees Far. Seen caribous as far south as 381 on way out! Wish you all the best but they went threw 3 weeks ago but still some coming threw!???(Slowly)We hunted by sitting in one place but everybody else drove roads and shot them as they crossed the road(We didnt?)
