There wasn't much blood on the arrow at all. I didn't see any blood on the ground. It was dark. Just some meat and fat on my arrow. But most of my arrows I have shot deer with have looked pretty much like this one, minus the chipped blades, thats new. I have to say also, I have never shot a deer in the evening. All the deer I have ever shot, bow or gun have always been in the mornings.
I was confused after the shot, because, there was a deer blowing in the same direction my deer ran, But I wouldn't think that a wounded deer would stick around a do that. I hoping it was just another deer.
