Seems to me that everyone hates them when they get them but learn to love them.

At times, I wonder if people defend them because of their purchase and feel they need to. I don't get it. I've tried them, don't like them and feel there is better for the price. If weights an issue, there is just as light for better IMO.

I have an Ol'man. I love it. I've had it for 10 years now at least. I loved it from day 1, never had an issue with it. Yes it's heavier than the LW however, they make an aluminum version that is lighter than the LW and that $ for $ I feel it kicks LW's arse in every area.
