With the specs you mention you should be able to hunt, but I would advise you to limit shots to 25 yards. Pick a narrow cut broadhead, no more than 3 blades (no mechanicals) andhave your bow/arrows tuned for as good as you can for the best arrow flight. Notonly limit your shots to 25 yards, but be very picky about the angle of your shots---nearly broadside or quartering away and stay away from those shoulder bones.

I hunt with similar equipment, but with a longer draw at 26.5" so I know some of those limitations.
