Thanks elgallo - but no thanks. I definately respect your opinion but Remington has been aware of this issue for years and years now. They have had ample opportunity to correct this issue and have obviously made a concious decision to do nothing about it. So they can lie in the bed they made and lose customers little by little.

For anyone intrested we also fired Federal Tru-Ball slugs and every single one of them fired perfectly. I put a straight edge across the back of their brass also and found it to be nice and flat.

FYI - Until November 1st, Gander Mountain has the Tru-Ball slugs on sale for $3.49 and there is then a $2.00 rebate per box to bring the total cost to $1.49/box. Haven't seen slugs for $1.49/box in a long, long time.

Rebate limit is 5 boxes per name, address or household. ( But there are always ways around that kind of stuff )
