Starting on the 25th(today) you can purchase as many as you want over the counter and send for 3 in an envelope.(not sure if you can send more than 1 envelope, can' t see why not) AND... you can still send for a bonus tag elsewhere at the same time. I wasn' t sure if I could apply for a 2nd Armstrong tag at the same time I send for my Allegheny tags, but I talked to the game commission and he said if you send for tags in a special reg. unit, you can still send for a unsold license in another unit.
