The two cuddebacks I returned (out of 12 I operate) were returned within 4 days. It helps to send detailed explainations on the problem as one was updated with new firmware and the other was swapped out.

Granted I live in Wisconsin so shipping was overnight but I was very surprised receiving the cameras so quickly. Guess that's why I keep adding Cuddebacks to my scouting suite.
