You are making a case that farmers should be paying hunters for harvesting deer off their land as opposed to charging a hunter for access. But seeing as how almost all farmers as suckling on the teet of the socialist FDA and the Department of Agriculture and urging the passage of government mandated farm bills which have no Constitutional authority what so ever, I would never expect the farming community to ever embrace this form of capitalism.
