I have a 270 A-bolt and when I bought it I thought it was a little heavy. I mentioned to the gunsmith I deal with that I was going to lighten as per the manual, he said don' t bother bring it to me and I' ll take care of it in a few minutes. Of course that was why I mentioned it. I would definetaly suggest taking it to a good gunsmith, he will take that 7 lbs trigger down to 3 and you' ll be glad you did and know it is done right!!!
