Not sure if you are hunting public or private ground, but if it is public, make sure it is legal to put a lick on public areas. Also, in Missouri, if you are hunting over a lick it cannot have been made or refreshed within 30 days of your hunting over it. Yes it does work very well. Follow the directions on the bottle and get it put out today, if not sooner. You want the deer to find it and be coming to it on a regular basis before you are coming there to hunt.
