Very creative ideas so far, but seriously is it something that should just end up in the trash, or is there anyway of using the parts? Is it something that sending it back to the manufacturer would fix, or is it even worth doing since it is so old? I would hate to throw out something that could actually be of some use. I just wondered if someone has been in this situation before.
