i agree. to big of a risk of bumping deer out of the orchard if you set up in it. I to live in Ny and hunt some orchards and have found deer leave them VERY earl in the a.m., alot of times still its still dark. If you are hunting there in the morning you will need to set up a few hundred yards away from the orchard towards the bedding area. Find some oaks in that transition area and then you got something!!
