If there is crappy customer service they wouldn't be getting anymore of my business.

A had a friend buy a new bow and have it setup by the pro shop, a 70 lb. Bowtech Guardian. I tried to get him to stick with a fixed blade broadhead, but he had to shoot the 'new' advertised heads. Shot 3 bucks combined with the 2 and then 3 blade heads without a pass through. My fixed blades passed through 4 out of 5 times last year.....
