I did a 12 month unaccompanied tour on Oki Dec 1996 - Dec 1997, Camp Courtney and Camp Foster. It was my first duty station after MP school. It was a continuous party, interrupted once in a awhile for work! It was a great time. I wish I'd have asked to extend there instead of going to Camp Lejeune. That place sucks.
