"Shoot as many as you can" is much better guidance than "I heard this-or-that about _____". Each person is (for the most part) geometrically different than the other; after a 15 year layoff, you may or may not still retain some good habits, and some bad. And, of course, today's bows are dramatically different than the bows of 15 years ago.

There are many differences between the Reezen and the IceMan, so it's not really fair to try to compare them "side by side". In their own ways, they're both great bows but once again, the only valuable "greatness" is what is going to suit you the best.

Personally, I think what would make the most sense for someone in your position would be to start coming back to the sport with a used bow (1 to 3 years old) that has at least a 7" brace height and an axle-to-axle dimension of at least 33". [Shoot all the new bows first, to give you an idea as to what suits you best, then shop based on the specifics.] The cost should be about half of the cost of a 2009 model, and this gives you the chance to get reacclimated before plunking down the big bucks (no pun intended). That approach just seems to make the most sense to me: if I buy a 3 year old bow today for $350, I'm sure I can sell it as a 4 year old bow for at least $300 next year, but if I buy a $800 bow this year and don't like it, the best I can probably hope for next year is $600.
